Our delivery time ranges from 4 to 14 working days. Once your order is placed, we print, frame, and package the artwork that will soon be yours, making it ready to ship.

Packaging & Safety

Our materials are so sturdy that damage should not occur. In addition, we label the packages to be handled with care. If damage does occur, we will take responsibility. Moreover, we use recyclable materials and are almost 100% plastic-free. Therefore, we avoid using plastic padding or similar materials.

Which countries does The Now Now deliver to?

We deliver to all countries within the European Union as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

The costs for our standard shipping with DHL depend on the size/weight of the delivery and the destination country.

Express Shipping

We offer express shipping. For this, please contact us at: info@nownow.gallery. Depending on the size of the artwork, shipping costs can be up to €20.

Shipment Tracking

After you place your order, we will deliver your package within 4-6 working days by standard shipping. As soon as a package is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Change of Delivery

DHL will send you an email notification about the package. There you can specify the place of delivery, such as a package shop, or change the delivery day.

Where is my package?

Please check the shipment tracking to see if the package was left with a neighbor. If it is not there and the shipping status has not changed for 5 days, please contact us at info@nownow.gallery.

Returns & Processing

I want to return an item.

All our items (except for the Gift Card) can be returned within 14 days. You will bear the cost of returning the item. Especially for environmental reasons, we aim to avoid returns. Therefore, we ensure that only carefully inspected goods leave our printing facility.

That is certainly unfortunate. Please contact us at info@nownow.gallery. We will send you a return ticket.

Additional Shipping Information

Delivery to a pack station: Unfortunately, due to the size of our shipments, we cannot deliver packages to pack stations.

Delivery to a Hermes or DPD parcel shop: Since we cooperate with DHL, we are unable to deliver packages to Hermes or DPD parcel shops.
