Return Policy

You can return undamaged items within 14 days. Please ensure that the item shows no signs of use. It should reach us in the same condition it left our printing facility. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Especially for environmental reasons, we aim to minimize returns. Therefore, we ensure that only carefully inspected goods leave our printing facility.

The credit for your returned order will be processed within 14 days after we have received your package.

How do I return items?

We would appreciate it if you could explain what you found unsatisfactory about the item and the shipment in an email. This way, we can make improvements next time and enhance our service. In this exchange, you will also receive the address to which you can return the package.

Please return the item in the same packaging you received it in.

You can drop off the package at DHL parcel shops. Please keep the issued return receipt until we confirm your return.
